I have a question for the Rice's on this List. Have any of the males
in your Rice line sent in their DNA to be tested to see what branch of
Rices you descend from? We just sent in my husband's DNA sample on
Monday morning so in a few weeks we should be hearing from it. I hope
enough of our Rice families will do this so we can find out for sure,
hopefully, what line we actually belong to. I found out about the
testings from the Southern Rice List. Are you interested? It is
expensive, but I feel it is definitely worth the expense. The first
12 tests are $101, and if you go with the entire 25 tests to pinpoint
it further, it is an additional $77.
