Sheldon, As I told you I have the Obit for Charles Irby and a letter
dated 18 Feb 1964 from Aunt Ruby in Tulsa, OK to my mother Tillie Irby
Neal . The obit lists children: Garland of Kansas City, MO; James L.
Rogers, Ark; Mrs. Thad T aylor, Harrison, Ark; Mrs. Hugh Butler Galena,
Mo; and Wayne who died at the age of 2 1/2 years. In Aunt Ruby's letter
she mentions Rhea in Fl. The SSDI lists Rhea Butler b. 22 Mar 1914 - d.
22 Mar 1999 in Miami, FL and she spplied for the SS no. in MO. All
clicks don't you think? The 1920 census states that James is 10 years
old and was born in Ark. So it looks like that Charles and family were
in IL or maybe they were missed. Also the obit says that Charles was
born in Hamilton Co, IL. Charles taught school in IL and also Ark and
was a mail carrier for his last 26 years from the Green Forest office.
He was buried in the Glenwood Cemetery. It also mentions those
brothers and sisters and cousins who attended the funeral. Also two
