Where and when was it determined that Leanna ( Johnson ) Browning was 11
when she was married? She was married 0n 26 Aug 1848, and according to the
1850 census she was listed as 22 years old and Jonathan was listed as 26.
with 1 child , the 1860 census, she was listed as 32 years old , and
Jonathan ( listed as Joseph) was 36 with 6 children. Apparently sonetime
after 1860 and before 1866 Leanna had died. Jonathan then married Louisa
Payne on 09 May 1866. In the 1870 census Jonathan was not listed, but his
wife Louisa was listed with the children. Louisa's maiden name was Brooks
and she was first married to Jesse Payne . Jerry Marse
