Can anyone tell me if his father Ernest WEBB is the same individual as Ernest Garret WEBB, son of Samuel Cooley WEBB and Mary Dorothy TERHUNE?

Robert "Bob" WEBB
Christopher-
Robert "Bob" WEBB, 83, died Thursday, July 7, 2005, at his daughter's home
in West Frankfort.
Sevices will be at 11 a.m. Monday, July 11, 2005, in Gilbert Funeral Home in
Christopher, with Father Joseph TRAPP officiating. Burial will be in
Harrison Cemetery in Buckner. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until the
time of services Monday at the funeral home.
Mr. WEBB was retired from Fish and Wildlife at Crab Orchard.
He was a member of Benton Masonic Lodge and Sesser American Legion.
He was a survivor of Iwo Jima and served with the 5th Marine Corp Division
in World War II.
He was born May 13, 1922, in Christoopher, to Ernest WEBB and Lillian (RYAN)
WEBB.
He married Winfred (HARGIS) WEBB. She preceeded him in death.
Survivors include son, Stan HESS of Centerville, Tenn; two daughters, Diana
BROY of West Frankfort, and Pamela NAPIER of West Franfort; six
grandchildren; and 12 great grandchildren.
He was preceeded in death by one sister, Shirley Mae NASH.
