James LOVIN of Belle Rive and Michelle FREY of Effingham wish to announce their
engagement and upcoming wedding. The parents of the bride are Kenneth and Cheryl
FREY of Effingham. The grandparents are Clarence and Verena KEMME of Effingham
and Monica FREY, of Effingham. The groom's parents are John and Beth LOVIN of
Belle Rive and Sarah LOVIN of Mt. Vernon. The grandparents are Tom and Betty
GLOVER of Mt Vernon.

The bride is a 2000 graduate of Effingham High School. She is currently
attending Lake Land College for an associate's degree in nursing. She works at
St. Anthony's Memorial Hospital in Effingham as a certified nurse's assistant in
the intensive care unit. The groom is a 1999 graduate of Mt. Vernon Township
High School. He is a graduate of Rend Lake College in 2004 with an associate's
degree in industrial electronics. He currently attends Southern Illinois
University - Carbondale for a bachelor's degree in industrial technology. He
works at Innertech in Nashville as an injection molding operator. The couple is
planning a July 16 wedding at Sacred Heart Church in Effingham.
