HOWARD WAYNE EUBANKS
Howard Wayne EUBANKS, 86, of Sesser, born to Bryan and Mattie (McBRIDE) EUBANKS
on Jan. 30, 1919, in Sesser, was sent to be with his heavenly Father on July 27,
2005, surrounded by his most precious earthly possessions, his wife of 67 years,
Evelyn, and his loving children and grandchildren. Mr. EUBANKS married the
former Evelyn LAMAN Feb. 22, 1938, in Cape Girardeau, Mo.; she survives.

Mr. and Mrs. EUBANKS were blessed with a precious family. Their children are
Marlene STUBBLEFIELD (Jack) of Sesser, Gale EUBANKS (Carrie) of Sesser, Brenda
HARTLEY (Billy Joe) of West Frankfort and Debbie MALKOVICH (Danny) of Benton.

Their grandchildren are Jackie MYERS (Brian) and Chris STUBBLEFIELD (Tammy), all
of Sesser, Howard Gale EUBANKS (Susan) of Lilburn, Ga., Kenny Homer EUBANKS
(Lana) of Sesser, Danell MORHET (Chris) of Mulkeytown, Dana WYLIE (Greg) of
Sesser, Monica STEWART (Donnie) of West Frankfort and Tim EUBANKS (Kim) of
Benton.

Great-grandchildren are Taylor MYERS, Morgan, Jackson and Hudson Wayne
STUBBLEFIELD, Emma and Rosie EUBANKS, Fonda EUBANKS (Brian REAGAN), Little Kenny
EUBANKS, Jordan and Katie MORHET, Rachel and Kristen WYLIE, Molly STEWART and
T.J. and Bayley EUBANKS.

Great-great-grandchildren are Zane and Zoe REAGAN. Stepgrandchildren are Matt
MALKOVICH (Brandi IRVIN) of Orlando, Fla., Brandy MARCUS of Coello, Robbie
RIECKENBERG of Pinckneyville and Jill MURRY of Tamaroa. Step-great-grandchildren
are Eric and Michelle RIECKENBERG, Ethan MARCUS and Krystal ROGERS.

Mr. EUBANKS is survived by sisters Eleanor D'HAILLCOURT of Amory, Miss., Dorothy
PITCHFORD of Mt. Vernon, Mildred TATE of Dix and Edith GUTHRIE of Pinckneyville;
brothers Bill EUBANKS of Bradley and Harry EUBANKS of Winter Haven, Fla.; a
sister-in-law, Lucille SUMMERS of West Frankfort; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers Cecil and Leslie; and lifelong
friends Cabe and Nettie SINK.

Mr. EUBANKS was a retired coal miner from Freeman No. 6. He was a member of
First Baptist Church in Sesser. After retirement, his greatest pleasure came
from tending his garden, cattle and camping. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m.
Friday at First Baptist Church in Sesser. Funeral services will be 11 a.m.
Saturday at the church, with James E. KERLEY and the Rev. Authur D'HAILLCOURT
officiating. Burial will be in Maple Hill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers,
memorials may be made to First Baptist Church in Sesser. Davis Funeral Chapel,
