WILLIS MERRITT PAGE

son of Henry and Mary A. Page was born at Belle Rive, Jefferson County, Il on October 6, 1865 and died April 28, 1928. Age 62 yrs, 6 months and 22 days.

He was one of nine children, namley A. L. Page of Mc Leansboro, Il, Ida Kelley of Paragould, Arkansas, Mrs. Clara Robertson, M. C. Page and Minnie James all of Mc Leansboro, E. N. Page of Macedonia, Mrs. Ethelyn Finn of St. Louis and O. G. Page deceased.

He married Lillie B. (Cannot read) on May 10, 1899 and to this union five children was born: Hettie May who died in infancy, Charles M and Clarence M. of St Louis, Mo, Everett R. of Byron, Ok and Wlater H. of St. Louis, Mo

His wife Lillie B. died in 1917

He married again to Willanema Mc Guire in 1927.

He professed Christ as his saviour in 1893 and untied with the Baptist Church in Belle Rvie and then he transferred to Ten Mile in Hamilton county, Il and then to 3rd Baptist Church in St. Louis, Missouri

Service was conducted at Ten Mile Church with rev. John B. Maulding officiating and burial in Ten Mile Cemetery in Hamilton County, Illinois
