This was the road from modern day Elizabethtown that ran north to the
saltworks at Equality. Baker would have acted as road supervisor or overseer
of the project to physically make any repairs on the road. All residents
within so many miles of the road were required to provide so many days
labor. As far as FCI goes, I'm not sure what this means.
