Dear Judy and all, my PATTON line is a mystery to me. Here are my few
facts:

1. Elizabeth1 PATTON was born 1819 in MD, and died Bet. 1851 - 1860 in PA.
She married George WEISER1,2,3. He was born 1805 in PA, and died Bet.
1870 - 1880 in PA.

Notes for Elizabeth PATTON:
Lived in Menno Twp, Mifflin Co. PA (1840 & 1850) census. This town had 2000
citizens in 1850, 24 of which were Pattons. Possible family relations.
(further research has not led me to a connection with these Patton families)

Wills of Mifflin Co, PA 1789-1860 by Dan Mc Clenahen-pub of the Mifflin Co
Genealogical Society 1983. #674, page 59:
Benjamin Patton Sr., Ltwn. (Lewistown) (wrote will in Pullis Twp., Alleghany
Co.), w. 12/26/43, p. 6/18/44, sons William, Joseph W., Benjamin, daughters
Maria Hulings, Elizabeth Milliken w. of Joseph, brother Joseph Patton, John
Thompson of Armagh Two., N.R.G., (sons lived in remote parts of the state),
son-in-law Joseph Milliken is the Exec. (chk for family links)

My g grandfather was David Milligan Weiser. His death certificate lists his
mother as Elizabeth Patton b. MD. Perhaps some research in Franklin Co.
