My line is the Wood's of which several generations lived in this area for
quite some time.

Jennie Isabelle Wood (1908-1994) born Virden MaCoupin Co. IL, died TX)
Julian "Doc" Wood 1861-1953 (born Greene Co. IL, died Virden, MaCoupin Co.
IL)
Aquilla Wood 1812-1900 (born KY, died Macoupin IL)
( All of Aquilla's children were born in Greene Co. IL)
Amon Wood 1777-1850 (born MD, died Maberry Cem. Greene Co. IL)
Stephen Wood 1749-1835 (born MD, died Greene Co. IL.
