Loretta,
I can see your problem. I just looked up Loudona SNEED in the Hamilton
County, IL 1870 census. She is living with B. F. LASSWELL age 38, a farmer
in twp T6S R6E with a post office of McLeansboro. This data is located on
page 6/562a of the census.
B. F. LASSWELL has a female living with him named Nancy LASSWELL, age 50
(if it is transcribed correctly) another female Sarah J. COFFEE age 27 and
then Landonia SNEED age 16 born IL.
Have you checked the 1860 census for her? She was born about 1854/55.
