I noticed the name Webber in your letter, so I thought I would post this to
the list in case anyone is interested.

I also have a Bill of Sale for "The School House Building located on a part
of Section 11, Twp 7S, Range 5E of the 3rd PM, Hamilton Co. IL (formally
popularly known as Cooper School) PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that parties of the
second part, purchasers, shall remove said building within six months from
date hereof, (this Bill of Sale executed pursuant ot a resolution of the
Board of Education of community Consolidated School District Number 99 of
Hamilton and Saline Counties, IL)"

Signed by Olen Tate and John A. Pemberton, trustees of Schools of Twp 7
Rangeetc. Dated29th may 1954. The building sold for $250.00 and looks like
it was paid by L. A. Barker and Paul Barker. Sold to Floyd Hefner July 24,
1954 for $275.
