Reviewing a few pages copied long ago from the Abstracts of Hamilton County
wills 1821-1915. Found 2 names of interest but have no idea how they fit
into my family. First is on will of James Alexander Rupart written
12/10/1888, he has a daughter, Eliza C. Farris. In all my Hamilton County
Farris' I do not have a Eliza C. Rupart marrying a Farris. Does anyone know
what Farris family she married into. A John R. Farris is the executor of the
will but I do not know who he is either.
Secondly in the will of John Webb written 11/16/1882 he is 55 years old (born
1827) he is married to Sarah W. Webb. Does anyone know his or her parents.
My gggrandfather was Thompson Farris who married Julia Webb. Thompson b.
1809 in KY married and moved to southern Illinois by 1830's. Joan
