I would like to say thank you, to Ron Bryant, for posting the information
today regarding Lewis E. Frazee. I noticed his wife's name was spelled
wrong in the account, as Allen, but should be Alley. Also the minister
who preached the funeral was named Pettus, not Peters. I have known some
of the Frazees, including Lewis E. Frazee's daughter, Mrs. Coffman, who
is deceased. My grandparents knew Lewis Frazee, and there are others
still living who remember him, although he died so long ago. I have an
account written by Lewis Frazee about some of his life and experiences,
and also have a picture of him with his wife which was given me by the
daughter, and some snapshots of him and his wife with their automobile.
I think I know where in Carthage they lived, but am not sure where they
lived when they were on the farm near Carthage.
