My gr grandfather's brother, John G. Gholson born 1851 in Broughton,
Hamilton County Illinois and became a school teacher and attorney at
law. He resided in Broughton where he had an office and later moved to
Elizabethtown, IL., where he taught school and practiced law until the
courthouse burned. I am seeking any information about him or his
family. If anyone has a photo of a school picture with him in it or any
other photo of him I would like to have a copy. Please check against the
