I got it on microfilm through my local library (La Crosse, WI). They
ordered
it on loan. I've forgotten who they ordered it through. I'd have to check,
if anyone is interested.
The census is "A list of ablebodied male citizens between the ages of 18 and
45". It lists name, age, country of birth, occupation, and remarks. If
they
were already in the army, it lists what company. Other kinds of remarks are
"questionable citizen", "little deaf", etc.
