Does anyone know anything about a William Hall born ca. 1870 in Hamilton
County Illinois, Belle Prairie area. This parents were William Hall and
Rebecca Warfield Hall. I think he moved to Jefferson county. He
received a pension being a minor dependent of a Civil War Veteran. His
father, William Hall, died a few years after returning from the Civil
War, 6th Cav, company D.

William Hall, the elder, is my great great grandfather. His son, George
Mathias Hall, my great grandfather, Gertrude Hall Lane, my grandmother,
and Aldene Mae Lane Groce, my mother.

My great great grandfather is Moses Lane, Belle Prairie, b. 1827,
Carthage TN.
