I am looking for information on Pattons in Dade County, Missouri! My gg-grandfather was George Thomas Patton who lived in Dade County, Missouri when he married Nancy Henderson on 5-12-1841 in Jasper County, Missouri. I believe Nancy died in 1855 and George remarried - possibly Amanda ?. George and Nancy had David Henderson Patton on 9-28-1843 and I believe a John Patton. Both boys supposedly served in the Civil war. I have been really stuck on these ancestors! Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!
