I'm not researching the Snyder or Myers families, but
Lee Snyder and Peter Myers could have been the
administrators of the estate appointed by the court,
name in the will to be the administrators, or the
court could have asked someone to step forward who
knew the decease and his family in order to name the
heirs or attest that they know the heirs.

You'll have to read the paper carefully to see what is
said before and after the names. Sometimes you have
to put punctuation in where there isn't any so that
the sentences can be read as they were intended at the
time.
