I have many cousins (Hayes) that still reside in Grafton Illinois.
I don't know if you are still looking but could forward any request on to them. My Uncle was Freeman Hayes of Grafton Illinois...is there any connection to this line in your quest or research?

I am looking for a Patrick Murphy of Grafton Illinois. I see the Irish list of names in your search and wondered if you came across this name.?
