Marty I find this on some items however I do find my list is more current
than theirs. They may have typed up their findings some years ago and more
has been added. I just keep going and do my own and hopefully the two can
be compared and a person can find all the info they need.

I love to do research on genealogy as well as many of you do. But doesn't it
upset you to know that after you have done months of work on a project, only
to find that some one else had already done that project years ago. It's
just that no one remembered it until, YOU discovered the work while you were
doing another project.
Well this just happen today, to me.
I worked for more than month on the Simpson Funeral Home Records earlier
this year and then today as I was working on the newsletters indexes, I find
that Ruby Postlewaite had already done this book in 1985 and that it is on
the shelves at the Greene County Genealogical and Historical Society. What a
waste of time!
We need a listing of everything that is available and where it is
located so we don't "spin our wheels" duplicating the same work over and
over.
Please help me create this database. Let me know, who what and where
research aids are located. There is just too much work out here to do it
over and over again.
