Looking for information on Mebane (or Maben) Anderson, b. 1795 in NC, d. 1873 Morrisonville, IL. Census records show him residing in Jersey South with wife Maria, son Andrew Jackson Anderson (my g.grandfather) b. 1840, also list Rebecca b. ca. 1844 and Mebane Jr. b. ca. 1848. Would appreciate any information about Mebane and children.
