Hi,
If you will remember my query regarding my gr, gr grandfather Ambrose White,
I have found a source that states his father moved them to
Springfield/Salem, IL. I found that Springfield was in Sangamon County, but
there is not a Salem in Sangamon. There is a Salem in Marion, Menard, Pike
and Edwards county. Does anyone have a map to tell me if Springfield and
Salem in Menard County are close enough to each other to be written as
Springield/Salem. Or does anyone have any other ideas?
