Surname: RODDEWIG, MITTENDORF

I am searching for information about the family of Caroline RODDEWIG who
married Louis MITTENDORF, 1848, in Galena. They moved to California about
1853-54 and then settled permanently in Shelby County, Illinois. I have
found other Roddewig's in Jo Daviess but don't know how they are connected
to Caroline.
