I'm not knowledgeable about this cemetary except that quite a few family members (Laird) are buried there. I'm not aware of it being devoted to any specific denomination. My grandmother, who grew up in Council Hill (and her parents, siblings are buried there), was Methodist and I believe was raised in that church.

If you get any information more helpful, I'd love to learn more to help me in my research.
