Ken, what a great story about my family. Thank you! It will be a great addition to my family history. My father, Clyde Gesner is the nephew of both Ed Gesner and Mrs.William (Ida Gesner) Footitt. Dad worked for a while selling produce for his uncle Ed Gesner and said he was an "odd duck." My Grandparents are Albert, Ed's brother, and Matilda (Tucker) Gesner. Did your mom tell you any more good stories?
