Just wanted to jump in on this MULKEY name. I suspect that there is a
connection in Maury Co.TN to the CLENDENIN family. I have a Nancy Jane
BROWN (dau. of Matthew BROWN and Nancy MULKEY) b. 1834 in TN m. Buford
LEMONS (son of William E. LEMONS and M.E. GAZWAY ) Buford b. 1855 IL The
couple was married at "Thomas CLENDENIN's house" 30 May 1880.(Ref:
Williamson Co Marriage bk., Vol III). Course, I could be wrong. . . the
connection could be with one of the other families. Mary Jane BROWN also
marr. to John B. CALVERT on 27 April 1854.
This couple had 7 known ch.

Would appreciate any "light" on a possible MULKEY/BROWN/LEMONS connection
to my CLENDENIN's.
