Hi All
I am looking at a picture of a little boy. It says L.D. Williams Vienna IL
(who the photo was made by)
On back it says
Original picture made by Jack Perkins Gallery ___ ____ _____ (west side
Square???)
In summer 1884
Blacked shoes to for money to pay for the picture. The suit of clothes was
made from Fran's and was made by Aunt Barbara Wright carried the clothes 3
miles to ___
____ Had to go to ____ while she measured.

Then on side of picture is says ___ pataloons

I have one Barbara Wright in my file daughter of John Franklin Wright & Ivy
Hardy. I don't know if this is the same mentioned on back of photo. I
don't have any further information on her. Anyone have some information on
the Wright family? Possibly a marriage to a Barbara? The Barbara in my file
is connected the the Copeland family.
Not much to go on but maybe it might ring a bell with someone.
