Mara -- Boyt (if that's correct) was not her maiden name. Maiden name was Dunn, her parents were P. and Elizabeth (Meadows) Dunn.
According to the marriage index on-line, Sarah A. Dunn married Felix Boyt in 1878. It may have been his second marriage, as there's an earlier one listed for him.
