I do not find a Robert Miller in any of the cemetery books that I have....
but in the 1860 census, there is a Robert Miller who is age 16,

Marcus L., Miller age 28 farmer b. NC
Susan age 35 H.K. b. NC
Robert age 16 farmer b. TN
Nancy J. age 2 b. TN

IF these dates are right, and IF it's the one you're looking for, I would
say, this Robert is either a brother to Marcus L. Miller, or a child of
Susan.... note; she is 35, could have had a child age 16. Nancy J. age 2
would be the child of Marcus and Susan.
