Could she be buried with her husband but not have a marker? Mental Illness
might not be equal to a murder but it was something to hide way back. A
great aunt in one of our families had her husband buried in her plot but
would not allow a marker because he'd been accused or suspected of killing a
relative. I don't know the whole story but I know that's why the grave isn't
marked!
