Mr. Lundeen:

Thank you for your offer of help translating. The letter I mentioned is just that, a letter. I wanted to find out if I could find anyone to translate it before I tried typing it into file form. It was written by an elderly, shaky man and is not going to be easy to do but I will try. I think if I get the general gist of the letter it may help me.

The documents are short and sweet but I am unable to put the proper marks above some of the letters. Maybe you can figure it out without them.
