Keep your eyes open. Directories of farmers for many Illinois counties
published ca.
1918 by Prairie Farmer magazine contain the name of the farmer, his wife's
maiden
name, names of children at home, section of residence, acreage and name of
landlord
(if renting). You never know what a record might contain until you look in it.
