For Information on the Knox County Alms House - and a small photo, search
for the Illinois GENWEB project on USGenWeb. Look up Knox county, Illinois
and search the site for the word "almshouse". There is a small photo from
a postcard and a brief historical sketch of the building and its operations.
Not much, but better than nothing. The picture is SMALL.
