Here is the bio for HINCHLIFF,J.E.
Merchant; Galesburg; born July 17, 1853, at Rio, Illinois. Educated at Rio and Galesburg. His parents, James and Betsy Hinchliff were born in England. He was married January 1, 1880 at Rio, to Ida M. Woodman. There are four children, Everett E., Lula May, Ray W., and Grace F. In religion he is a Congregationalist. In politics a republican.
