YOU HAVE SOLVED MY LITTLE MYSTERY, FOR ME!!!
Fred C. Butler was Millard's little brother. Fred was about 17 years younger than Millard. I have not been able to find Fred since the 1895 Iowa State Census in Wapello Co., Iowa where he was still living with his parents at the age of 22.
