Hello.
I found "Uniontown" since my last post. It is located in Knoxville, and was named Union Town when it was formed in the mid 1800's. It may not even be in existence now. I've also confirmed some of the information by finding the records on-line. I now need a census look-up for the family. I am looking for the family of Wilson and Rebecca Adams in the 1870 census for Knox County, possibly in Salem Township.
I am also looking for Frank L. Adams, who would be 4 years old in the 1870 census. He may be the son of Wilson and Rebecca, but that is unclear. The dates do fit.
One other name is Maria Adams Thorenson. I am not sure of the spelling. The names have been misspelled in the Family Bible, and I wasn't able to corroborate her information.
I would be greatful for census look-up of any census years for any of these names. But 1870 should be the starting point for me.
Thanks so much, in advance.
Melissa
P.S. I would be glad to return the favor, if I am able to.
