David Warner is listed in the 1885 Tax Lists of Knox County, Illinois. He
is listed as living in Elba Township, has 1 dog and an assessed value of
personal property of $410. In the same township is A.J. Warner. Neither is
listed in the1890 Tax List of Knox County. I check all townships in the
county. Since Elba borders on Peoria County, have you checked there?
