According to the site I listed below:
10N2E is Orange Twp
11N2E is Knox Twp
10N1E is Cedar Twp
10n3E is Haw Creek Twp

As far as cemeteries go, yes, there would be some prior to 1850. One I know
of in Cedar Twp. is Cherry Grove. There are some cemetery sites you can go
to through the Knox website if I am not mistaken. Some might even have some
transcriptions. Perhaps someone else knows the url for one of these sites.

Can someone tell me where and by what name the following township locations
fall. Knox county: 10N2E, 11N2E, 10N1E, and 10N3E.
