Hello,

I'm looking for descendants of Col. Edmund Dick Taylor (1802-1891) who
opened the first coal mines in LaSalle County. His son William W. Taylor
served as sheriff, according to one of his father's 1891 obits. Any
information on this family would be appreciated.
