Hi,
Found a Fred Heusel who married Katherina Simon in 1880. Katherina was
born in Richland township in 1857 and was a daughter of Henry and Sophia
Schroeder Simon.
Fred and Katherina had three children: Emma (Christ) Walker, and Amelia
and Matilda.
Fred's parents were: Christian and Annie (Heusel) Heusel, who were born
in 1826 and 1827 respectively, both being natives of Wurtemberg.
This is from a 1906 article.
There is a little more let me know if someone out there is researching
these people.
