I think it would be hard to find a computer running WIN98 that didn't have
CHLINST.EXE. It is one of the files of Win98 CAB (cabinet) files.
But please do your own investigation. IF you search for for files it will
come up. IF you scan for viruses it won&t be listed because it isn't a
virus as far as I can tell.
