FRANK W. HODEL
Frank W. Hodel, 73, Tucson, Ariz., formerly of Streator, died Sunday
at the Veteran's Hospital in Tucson. He had been ill for several
months.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday from the Winterrowd Funeral
Home. Burial will be in Hillcrest Cemetery.
Visitation will be held two hours prior to services on Friday.
He was born April 28, 1907 in Minier, Ill., a son of Andrew and Emma
(Schoup) Hodel. He married Rose Matuszyk in Streator, April 27, 1946.
She survives.
Also surviving is one brother, Holis Hodel, Washington, Ill.
He was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters and one brother.
Hodel lived in Streator for many years prior to moving to Arizona in
1971. Before retiring, Hodel was employed by the Hunter Cartage Co. in
Streator. He was a former member of the First United Methodist Church.
Notes: one sister was Mrs. Sarah Metcalf of Ottawa. His parents,
Andrew and Mary (Schoup) Hodel are buried in Riverview.
