I would be very interested in finding out if the Lechner family you've researched might be the same family that had a John Lechner marry Theresia Schick on July 21, 1887.

Theresia Schick was the daughter of John Schick and Rosina Fischer Schick, my great great grandparents, who lived in Peru, Illinois from before 1880 to 1905. John and Rosina, along with some of their 13 children are buried in the city cemetery there. I know that their other daughters married into the Hornberger and Kramer families because there are markers on the Schick family plot in the Peru City Cemetery with those last names on them.

My goal is to find out from where in Germany the Schick family and the Fischer family came from.
