I have a copy of Irene Black's cem. book. I purchased it direct from Irene in October of 2002 for $45.00 and at that time it was my understanding that I bought either the last one she had or at least close to the last one. The address that I had for her is;

Rather or not she has any left I have no way of knowing. It is really an indispensable resource regarding Lawrence Co., genealogy work

The busiest time of the year is upon us but I am still willing to do any cem. look ups that any of you might have as time allows. I have done so in the past for many of you. Most, not all, of you didn't bother, however, to even drop a line back and say that you got the stuff. As temperamental as e-mailing and computers are it would be nice to know after I go to the trouble of looking something up on your family to at least let me know you received it. I sat here one night until midnight scanning pages out of this book for one of you. Scanned them, placed them in my document file, e-mailed them all out as an attachment and never heard rather they were received or not. Not looking for accolades just a little common courtesy.

Now that that is off my chest if any of you that have dead relatives in Lawrence Co., Ill. and would like a cemetery look up done feel free to ask me. I really am glad to do so. I don't live within 300 miles of Lawrence Co. so please don't ask for cemetery pictures etc. Please contact me direct. It makes it easier.
