Subject: [ILMACOUP-L] Thank You, Scanner and Typists for the 1850 Census
Date: Wed, 05 Aug 1998 23:25:10 -0500
THANK YOU! THANK YOU!
All 145 pages of Littleton Bradley's 1850 Macoupin County Census
Book have been typed. A really really special thank you to
Littleton for allowing us to use his 1850 Census Book.
Thanks to the typists, Eric Adcock, Pat Crouse, Debi Faris, Norma
Hass, Mary Ann Kaylor, Charlie Neff, and Mark Strohbeck.
A Special Thanks goes to Debi Faris for typing 70 pages and Norma
Hass who typed 30 pages.
Thanks to Larry Clark for sending out the scanned pages to the
typists. And thanks goes to Becky Hargett and Judy York for advice
on contents.
You all have made a lot of Macoupin researchers very happy, that
is, when I get all the pages processed.
I "should" have the last 47 or so pages up by next week then I will
work on an alpha index and an intro page.
Thanks, again, Larry, Eric, Pat, Debi, Norma, Mary Ann, Charlie,
Mark, Becky and Judy. I wouldn't and couldn't have done it without
your help.
Apologies if I missed someone; let me know if I did.
Gloria
