Keep in mind that you should also be able to get the death certificates
from the appropriate county clerk. The ones in the archives are the
state's copy of the form at the county clerk's, nothing different. It
may cost more but if you want them fast that's the way to go.

Also keep in mind this is not the only project of the state archives nor
is the one with the highest priority. And more databases and things are
coming, some in the next couple months. I'm really looking forward to
the original state plat maps which will probably be available this fall.
