I couldn't help notice the name Kell. I have an ancestor born, raised and
died in Marion County. His name was Kell Thurman. Kell was not a family
name and for the life of me, I cannot figure out how he got his first name.
When I ran across the surname of Kell in Marion County I thought perhaps he
was named after one of them. Kell Thurman's parents were Christopher and
Margaret E. (Galloway) Thurman. Do you know of any connection at all?
