Thank you for even more history on James Henry Norris. Can't imagine everyone
on the Mason list (and surrounding counties) wouldn't be excited to see the
names on the petition. I would love to know the names as I am related to other
families living there at that time. I also have BALE, Davenport/DEVENPORT,
TAYLOR, and many other connections. I put away the info I had on James Norris
several years ago but never forgot about him -- I have seen both the prisons he
was in and it isn't something you forget easily. Plus, it is just an
interesting story!
Wish I would have posted this question a long time ago. The people on this
list are great - thank you all for your information and leads and kindness.
And I will get the book at once.
