Is anyone on this list connected to the names below?


o I have the original copy of a marriage license issued in
McDonough County, Illinois to James G. GERMAN of Smithfield,
Fulton County, Illinois, and Amanda TIMERMAN (TIMMERMAN) of
Bushnell, McDonough County, Illinois. His parents were James
GERMAN and Mahala CANNON; hers were Cornelius TIMMERMAN and
Mary E. FERGUSON. James G. GERMAN and Amanda TIMMERMAN were
married in Bushnell on 28 December 1881. The original license
was found in a book purchased in a thrift shop by a lady in
Colorado. It had been folded for many years, and is broken into
two pieces at the fold, but is in good shape otherwise. I would
like to get the original marriage license to direct descendants
of James G. and Amanda (TIMMERMAN) GERMAN. If this is your
ancestor, you may have the marriage license for postage.
